Agency Fig is a small creative agency with a fondness for brands with character. We bring together strategy, design, photography, film, social media and digital, all under one slightly unruly roof.
We believe the best ideas should have fingerprints on them. A little texture. A peculiar detail. A photograph that feels lived in. A turn of phrase you remember later. Our work is thoughtful and beautifully made, but never polished to the point of losing its personality.
We are small on purpose. Close to the work, close to our clients and curious about every last detail. We listen properly, ask plenty of questions and make things that feel unmistakably yours.
Agency Fig is led by co-founders Rose Vere Nicoll and Anna Carrington. Rose brings over a decade of Irish racing experience, while Anna leads creative, with a career spanning Samsung, major Saudi clients and Louis Roederer. Stephanie Moggs, Jaime Jeffery, Sophie Vard Ryan and Olivia Crawford bring expertise across operations, luxury, equine and social, supported by a trusted network of photographers, filmmakers, editors and producers.
